Event Ticketing Terms & Conditions

Aalishan Events

By purchasing a ticket for any event organized by Aalishan Events, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase & Validity

• Tickets are sold exclusively for events organized by Aalishan Events.

• Each ticket is valid only for the specified event, date, time, and venue mentioned at the time of purchase.

• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Entry will only be permitted upon presentation of a valid ticket or booking confirmation.

2. Pricing & Payments

• All ticket prices are displayed in AED unless stated otherwise.

• Payments are processed securely via approved payment gateways or payment links.

• Booking is confirmed only after full payment is successfully received.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.

• No refunds will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or change of plans by the ticket holder.

• In case of event cancellation by Aalishan Events, customers will be informed of the refund or rescheduling process.

4. Event Changes

• Aalishan Events reserves the right to:

• Change the event date, time, venue, lineup, or program if required.

• Substitute artists, performers, or services without prior notice.

• Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund unless the event is fully cancelled.

5. Entry & Admission

• Entry is subject to venue capacity, security checks, and compliance with venue rules.

• The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive.

• No refund will be issued in such cases.

6. Age & Identification

• Age restrictions, if applicable, will be clearly communicated for each event.

• Valid government-issued ID may be required for entry or alcohol service.

7. Health, Safety & Security

• Guests must comply with all safety regulations and venue policies.

• Arms, ammunition, illegal substances, or prohibited items are strictly not allowed.

• Aalishan Events is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the event.

8. Force Majeure

• Aalishan Events shall not be held liable for event cancellation or disruption due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, government regulations, natural disasters, or unforeseen emergencies.

9. Photography & Media

• By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes by Aalishan Events without compensation.



10. Privacy & Data Protection

• Aalishan Events respects customer privacy and is committed to protecting personal data.

• Customer information collected during booking is used solely for event-related communication and entry management.

• We do not store, process, or have access to customers’ card details.

• All payment transactions are securely processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways.

• Customer data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties, except where required for payment processing or by law.
